SWORD, from gesture to large-scale forms.
Baptiste Macé shapes it in the workshop; OLIVIO then shows how GE400 SWORD carries a monumental form in a natural setting.Baptiste Macé is shown shaping a large piece in GE400 SWORD. OLIVIO is a Ceramic Factory creation made with this clay body. @ceramicfactory_raoultbeck

GE400 · Firing chart
Three firings. Three expressions of SWORD.
Shown in the same order as the original tiles, these three samples make it easy to read how GE400 SWORD develops as firing temperature rises. The layout isolates each result without correcting or standardising the clay body’s true colour.
Studio notes
Only what you need to know.
IMP denotes an ultrafine, flour-like grog that is almost imperceptible to the touch. It feels close to a smooth clay body without actually being one, and greatly reduces drying shrinkage.
Characteristics are indicative. Always run your own forming, drying, firing and glaze-fit tests before production, and consult the safety data sheet.
